For about a year, my son ate plain noodles, crackers, and one brand of strawberry yogurt. That was literally the whole list. Every dinner ended with me asking for one more bite and him melting down, and I'd finish my own food cold, wondering what I was doing wrong.

What finally helped surprised me: I stopped pushing. Once I understood why that works and what to do in its place, dinners got calmer within a couple of weeks, and his list slowly started to grow.

This guide is everything that worked for us, kept short because I know how little time you have at the end of the day. If your kid is on the noodle-and-cracker plan too, I think it'll help.

What's Inside

  • ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ The one rule that ends the nightly power struggle, used by feeding therapists worldwide
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Exactly what to say in 11 standoffs, from "I want something else" to the grandparent who says he'll starve
  • ๐Ÿšซ Six things you get to quit tonight, including three that look like good parenting
  • ๐Ÿฅฃ The three-part plate that means you stop cooking two dinners
  • ๐Ÿ”ง Fixes for 12 real problems: beige-only eaters, restaurants, parties, won't sit still, eats fine at daycare
  • ๐Ÿ”— Food chaining, the therapist method that walks kids from nuggets to real chicken
  • ๐Ÿ“‰ What to do in week three, when it falls apart and most parents quit
  • ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ A Monday-to-Sunday plan and a printable Fridge Page

"My son has about 6 foods he eats on repeat and I was tired of cooking separate meals every night. The safe food idea was the most helpful part. Now I put something I know he eats on the table with whatever everyone else is having. We still have picky days, but meals are wayyyy more peaceful." โ€” Stephanie G., verified buyer

What Changes First

The fighting stops first. The eating follows. Expect calmer meals within a week or two, and a slowly growing food list over the months after. Anyone promising broccoli by Friday is selling something.

No Gimmicks

No sticker charts. No hiding spinach in brownies. No separate kid dinner. Most of this is about what you get to stop doing.

โš ๏ธ It also tells you when to stop reading and call your pediatrician. Some eating problems need a professional, not a book, and the warning signs are listed inside.

The Details

For ages 1 to 8, when picky eating peaks. 31 pages, deliberately short, finished in one sitting. Download link emailed within a minute of checkout, readable on any device. One feeding therapy session starts around $150. This is $26.

๐Ÿ’› 30-day money back. If it doesn't help, email us and we'll refund you. No forms, no questions.

Picture an ordinary Tuesday a few months from now. Dinner's on the table, nobody's negotiating, your food is still warm, and your kid picks something up without being asked. Start at tonight's dinner.

My son has like 6 foods he wants to eat on repeat so I bought this because I was getting tired of cooking separate meals every night. The safe food idea was probably the most helpful part for me. Now I'll put something I know he eats on the table with whatever everyone else is having instead of making him a completely different dinner. I also liked that the book doesn't act like your kid is going to magically start eating everything in a week. It's more about making little changes and getting rid of the pressure. We still have picky days but meals are wayyyy more peaceful.
